Keep getting "Can't Download" message

I downloaded Monopoly Plus for XBox 360 and also the My Monopoly add-on. I constantly get a message saying "Can't Download My Monopoly" whenever I try to download it. I have already paid for the content, and seeing as though it is only a 108 kb download,
I assume it's just an activation key. I am not having any issues downloading any other content on the system.

When I downloaded Monopoly Plus I had an issue where I purchased the game then got some sort of error message. My money was taken but I was still required to purchase the game if I wanted to download the game. I repurchased the game and money was taken
again, but this time the game downloaded. I did notice though that whenever I downloaded the game the download percentage would always get to 80% then immediately jump to 100%.

I then saw that the money from the first purchase was refunded to me, so then I proceeded to download the My Monopoly add on and started getting the Cant Download message.

It may be worth noting that when I check my internet connection it says that XBox Stores has aa Service Alert.

Any help will be appreciated.

Are you sure you have enough space on your harddrive/memory unit to handle the item you are trying to download?

 

some xbox download content might not work till this issue is resovle

 

By issue, do you mean the xbox store service alert? Or my particular problem?

Other people having problems with My Monopoly specifically?

 

no other games they bought through xbox wont download you can try to delete the download and clear system cach 3 times

I have also had this same issue with "MY MONOPOLY". I have contacted support via chat and was told that the add-on is unlocked at a certain level. They were unable to tell me what level it is unlocked.

 

what is the add on you want i can help find how you get it

 

I am also having the same issue. I purchased the "My Monopoly" game from the xbox market place, and when i try to download it, i receive the "Can't Download" error message. I have enough room on my hard-drive, and i also purchased the Rabbids add-on as well.
The add-on downloaded no problem.

 

is there a update if not do you have enough space if so try to test your contection for the download

 

like clear the system cach 3 times. you have to go to settings and hard drive and push y to clear system cach
