    Keep getting booted off the internet


    I own a 360 and the one, everything was fine until I got into a black ops multiplayer match. I had a player who was trash talking back and forth with me, I hit a nerve so he told me and he would boot me offline...I said BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP I hear this all
    the time, next thing you know he said "see you" and I got booted off xbox live. I also couldn't connect to my internet because me router was going nuts, I had to call service out here.

    My internet works fine using my tablet,laptop,phone, but once I get on xbox I cant stay connected. I cant even watch netflix or any app without it disconnecting.

    I moved a few days ago and have a whole new router and ISP. SAME THING. SO WHATS THE PROBLEM HERE? Xbox one, Xbox 360, it doesn't matter, it shuts my internet off.

    The older Call of Duty games are so hacked up. I cant believe xbox doesnt do anything about these guys running God mode and Juggernaut. I was in a game and someone was able to change everyones gamertag to whatever they wanted. You release black ops onto
    xbox one and dont fix these problems?

    KEEP GETTING BOOTED OFF LIVE...

    Honestly man the entire east coast just got hit by Hurricane Sandy. I'd expect your internet to be inconsistent for the next 4 or 5 months. So many people are without power and ISP's were not uneffected by this. The storm caused billions of dollars in
    damage. Nothing on your end looks wrong but I'm sure Road Runner lost a bunch of equipment and lining, so my advice is to just sit tight for now and let them recover.

    the google dns worked for me so far. I will give it a while and see what happens. thanks for being patient will all of us

    Keep getting booted off the internet

    You would need to contact your ISP for issues with your connection since that would be an issue through your internet and not the Live service.

    As far as games being patched, that is up to the publishers, not Microsoft. Generally (especially with Call of Duty games), the publishers stop supporting them once a new version gets released.
