Keep getting an error while trying to redeem my code

    I am trying to redeem my code, but I keep getting the error XBOS-4000. I can't find any information on this. Does anyone know how to fix this code?

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Oh snap! I didn't even think about that. I did a
    region migration     so my account was placed in the US (I had created it in Canada) and that worked! Thanks a bunch for the hint, dude!

    i am trying to redeem a code on xbox live but it doesnt allow me to it just tells me to change region store but i already changed my address on microsoft and it just says my subscription is from a different region. What should i do?
