    Keep getting 0x8007005 when I try to download games onto a Windows 10 PC


    Have the card games that originally loaded but have not been able to download anything else. Is something in my settings blocking the download?

    PC version question

    I also activated my UE on XBox.com last night - it has successfully downloaded onto my XBox but I cannot find a link to download it onto my PC. (Windows 10 / 1607).

    As per the support page removed the account and added it and still getting 0x8007005 error

    Downloading xbox gamepass games on PC

    Hey there Steve thanks for keeping in touch.

    If the game is play anywhere, we suggest downloading the game on the console so it becomes part of the ready to install list then try downloading the content onto the Windows 10 PC. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes.

    If the digital game was bought there could be a few reasons as to why it wouldn't download such as internet issues or hardware failure. What error codes are coming up?

    Cannot play or install Gears 5 Ultimate

    I had the same problem, download the latest version of windows 10 updated 10/5/2020.then reinstall xbox games pass pc ( beta)

    then delete gears 5 and then try to download again using games pass beta . It should now reinstall the upgraded version of gears 5

    do not reinstall or do a clean version of windows 10 . Its microsofts not doing enough to keep you informed.

    It tells you on the game on the bottom right you need the updated windows 10 to run the game

    To make sure, are you playing on a Windows 10 PC? Can you please reply with a picture of any specific error messages you see when you try to download those? Do you see any issue downloading or accessing content in any other Windows 10 games on that PC?
