Keep Disconnecting Randomly

This problem has been bothering me for the past 1-2 years. Whenever I try to play any Call of Duty game on multiplayer it doesn't work. It either kicks me off of Xbox Live, or the game says something like "The Call of Duty servers are temporally unavailable".
Sometimes when I get lucky, I can play like half a match or something and it will kick me off of multiplayer or either kick me off of Live. On other Call of Duty's if my friends host a game it will work. Although I gained enough money to buy Advanced Warfare
(Physical Copy) recently and I'm having the most issues with this one. Even if my friends host it and when I try to join it won't work. PLEASE HELP! D':

Your NAT Type, Any errors that may or may not come up, Your ISP, Your Router Brand and Make and Model and if you have set DMZ on your router/modem/gateway.,

 

Advanced warfare is at defcon 4 so nothing's wrong with your connection it's their servers, the exact same thing is happening to me so I'd check if it randomly boots you off when the call of duty server is back at defcon 5 check here:
