    Keep disconnecting from Xbox live


    hi everyone,

    Evee since I bought my Xbox one in 2015 I have been having this issue where I turn on my Xbox and then 10 minutes after the Xbox is switched on if I’m playing an online game do any Xbox live activity such as joining a XBL party I disconnect from Xbox live
    and this keep happening on a continuous loop until my Xbox “remembers” my network.

    The way I make my Xbox remember my network is not to play online games or apps such as YouTube, twitch for an hour or doing any activities that requires XBL. and then my Xbox configures my network. But here’s the thing the Xbox forgets the network after
    I turn off my Xbox .

    My brother got a Xbox one S in 2016 and it doesn’t do that to his Xbox. Also it doesn’t happens to any other devices that are connected to the network

    I tried a number of different things such as after my Xbox is on I reset the router, reset the MAC Address but nothing changed

    So can anyone help me how to fix this issue

    Minecraft account disconnected issue

    With mine, id be playing Minecraft on a world with friends. And every so often, my xbox live would disconnect and therfore kick all from the game, disconnect me from the wifi. It may then reconnect itself.

    Now, my xbox profile keeps disconnecting from xbox live with any game or just on dashboard.
