Keep disconnecting from xbox every 20 minutes

Last Wednesday I wasn't having any problems.On Thursday,it seemed fine but then I got disconnected.I am able to sign back in quickly.Every 20 minutes I get disconnected.I am still having this problem today.I tried clearing the system cache, resetting to
factory settings,deleting profile and downloading it back,unplugging my router for 30 seconds,opened my ports.I don't know what to do.Please help.

Have you tried port forwarding? It helped me fix a very similar issue, it might be worth a try

I am having this same exact issue, and I have the same Modem. By chance does anyone think it's the modem? I've heard other people having the same issue with the same modem model but mine is with my ISP and I don't think I can get it changed out...It's really
quite frustrating, and mine has been going on around the same time.

However, mine isn't a wired connection. It's wireless. If anyone could help, that would be great. I've looked through every forum possible but they all seem to be outdated back in 2013 and no recent updated results. I have even talked to my ISP support and
he reset everything on his end but it didn't help any and I'm expected to pay $15 to talk to someone who "might" be able to help but no guarantee.

 

Last 5 days i have had the same issue. I havent touched or update or even change any router settings. Now i cant stay on xboxlive longer than 20mins. I contacted comcast (my internet provider) they have no issues, isp is clear and fine firewalls are allowed
in xbox. I have tried deleting my cache, as well as my xbox gamer profile. Still getting dc'd from xboxlive

 

My xbox did not disconnect once yesterday,but it started disconnecting again today.

 

I've had the same problem the last week and it's gotten really bad. My console won't even connect to XBL when it starts. Getting disconnected on average every 10-15 min. Router has all the recommended ports forwarded and it hasn't helped a bit. I hadn't
changed anything before this happened, just started occurring randomly within the last two weeks. My provider is Comcast and I've heard that a lot of Comcast customers are having this issue.

Motorola NVG510 has a known issue with random disconnections. Follow the steps in the thread linked to get them resolved, and let us know how that goes! It should get you all sorted out and you should be able to game without further problems.

I followed the steps,but I'm still getting disconnected.

 

I noticed I don't get any disconnects at night.

If the disconnects seem to happen more during the day, there may be a large amount of people using your internet provider in your area that is causing some slowing of your internet. This happens with users that have DSL (which is what AT&T is) during peak
times quite often.

When you have some disconnects, my suggestion is to go to
speedtest.net on your PC and see what your speeds look like, and your ping (it will test for both). If you see speeds there that are much lower than you are paying for, or a ping higher 150ms, then please reach out to AT&T for further assistance. Please
make sure your PC is wired into your NVG510 when you do this, though! That will help get the most accurate results.

If you are getting good speeds and a good ping there, please post back in here! I've got a few other things that we can test out on your PC to see any issues you may be running into!

 

My ping was 20 ms,download speed was 10.70 Mbps and upload speed was 0.97 Mbps.
