    Everytime I watch a film on netflix I get disconnected from xbox live

    Disconnecting except when on multiplayer

    I seem to keep disconnecting every time i am doing anything but playing multiplayer. i cant watch netflix or youtube, and if i play a single player game it will disconnect me from xbox live. Just recently got xfinity and am using an ethernet cable. anybody
    know the solution for this?

    Keep disconnecting from netflix

    Hi if this keeps happening it may be a internet connection problem try testing your network and restarting your internet router you can also try redownloading your profile
