keep diconnecting to xbox live?

i keep disconnecting from xbox live on my 360, yet after it disconnects i can reconnect straight away. My phone stays connected to the internet and when im on my xbox one i never disconnect? very confused

if this is happening everyday at the same time you might try checking your internet security progam for your computer. the program may be set to run a scan at time of your diconnectings. this may be diconnecting you from xbox live.

Diconnecting issues

This is becoming a real issue trying to play and get disconnected from server.

We miss bingo's because of this. Sometimes we get reconnected just in time

to see match over. I think this is very unfair to the players. We don't get reemburst

for the cards we were playing on or the coins we used. Something needs to be fixed.

As this has been happening the last 4 days.

Random Disconnects. When you get a chance, please give that a try and make sure to run through all available steps. If you're still running into disconnection troubles after that troubleshooter let us know the make and model of your network hardware and
if there are any other Xbox consoles in your home connecting.

is anyone else getting diconnected form xbox live when they try to play a game like bf3 or halo reach?

I cant connect either! when doing the connection test it connects to xbox live but says there is a service alert. when I sign into my profile it completely diconnects from live
