    I have been charged for Xbox Live twice in the past week. $51.11 hit my AE account and $52.95 hit my Paypal account. I haven't used Live in probably five years. I've canceled the service before. I just chatted with "kerby", but he can't help me because
    I don't know my gamertag - from five years ago. Of course I don't know it. You know what I do know? My name, my social security number, my home address, my billing address, my credit card number, the email address you had to use to charge my Paypal account.
    All things that should make it very simple to look me up. My last name is Sagstetter, and that alone is probably one of the least common names on the planet. This should not be so difficult.

    It isn't showing up in my download history either if you look at the profile it says i have played re4 like a week ago and it isn't registering that i bought it before
