    Keep 360 gamerpic on new profiles?


    I see a lot of my friends still have their gamerpics from 360 on their profiles. Yes, it's a little square but it looks far better than the crap we have on Xbox One. I've tried to create profiles on my 360 and sign in on my One with them but it keeps changing
    automatically to a new gamerpic. Is there any way whatsoever to keep it? Apologies if this is the wrong section. I'm new to the forums.

    Xbox avatar problems...

    Bought a cool new outfit on 360 and while it's on the One, I can customize and take a gamerpic, but my gamerpic never changes from the current avatar. This is a bunch of bullshit.

    Hey Antarcticans,

    I believe that once an Xbox One gamerpic is chosen, your profile on the Xbox One will no longer be able to reflect gamerpics from Xbox 360. It will still show your 360 gamerpic on Xbox.com until further notice.

    Yeah. That's odd. To confirm, your custom gamerpic was changed successfully to a new one and it's already showing on https://account.xbox.com/Profile ?

    And the watermark is still showing you the old gamerpic or the new one?

    My suggestion here is to perform a factory reset. There's an option to keep your games and apps. This will remove potentially corrupted data on your console.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”
