Hallo liebe Community,

ich hoffe, ich bin hier richtig.

Ich habe gestern eine Bestellung im Microsoft Store aufgegeben und direkt per giropay bezahlt.

Das Geld ist vom Konto runter, nach etwa 30 Minuten habe ich eine eMail mit dem Betreff "In Ihrer Microsoft-Bestellung wurden Artikel storniert." erhalten.

Nun bin ich mittelschwer verwirrt, denn einerseits habe ich vergleichsweise viel Geld gezahlt und irgendwas stimmt nicht.

Andererseits ist die Ersparnis gegenüber einem Technikmarkt nicht derart groß, dass ich die Geduld aufbringen möchte.

Hat jemand dieses Problem schon gehabt oder kann mir irgendwie weiterhelfen?
