    Just want everyone to know that the Xbox support are great I had a power cut halfway through a conversation with them but when the power came back on the task was done im over the moon with this I had trouble changing my old xbox gamer-tag for weeks the
    Xbox support have time and they really know there stuff so thanks KATH M. for all your help 10/10.

    Hey Kath and Rick! If you just bought it, you may want to return the unit to the retailer you purchased it from. If not, do you get any error messages or codes when it restarts?

    Hey Kath, sorry to hear about this issue! Okay, have you tried multiple USB ports on your PC? If so, have you had a chance to try a different PC or computer, to see if the same issue occurs then?

  5. This is great! I love to see fellow supporters of the Xbox community! I’ve had a few instances myself where Xbox support helped me out! Let’s all just agree they are great at what they do and that is taking care of their customers.
