Kann Skin nicht ändern (Cannot change Skin)

Hello, My Friend cant change a skin and she does noct know why? can anyone help? please it goes every time to the standart skin, but why? please help

Minecraft Skin pack 5

I downloaded this skin pack and most of the characters are still locked.

1. same profile same console.

2. Settings System Storage skin packs are there.

3. trying to change skin under the change skin tab.

4. skins have locked symbol next to them, selecting that says no content available.

Have deleted and re downloaded it several times. also have Trail version installed

 

Custom skins?

you have to change your skin on the pc. log into your mincraft account change your skin, a couple of hours later i had the skin on the xbox. hope this helped

hi paul, it was yesterday we are playing minecraft and my friend want change their skin but is does not work and we don't know why... maybe u can help evertimy when shes change to this skin it will automatically go to the standard alex skin

Thank you so very much for responding so quickly, to fix this issue I recommend we clear your local saved game storage. This trouble shooting step fixes most in game issues. The steps are as follows.

Clearing Local Saved Games:

1. Go to settings on the console

2. Settings --> System

3. system --> Storage

4. Storage --> Clear Local Saved Games

One other thing you can try is performing a
Power Cycle of the Xbox One. I hope this information was helpful in resolving the issue.
