Hallo,

Habe das Problem, dass ich mich nicht mehr richtig bei meinem Microsoft Konto anmelden kann. Wenn ich mich anmelde kommt ein Fenster mit "Sie können zurzeit nicht auf diese Website zugreifen.

Für diese Website ist ein Sicherheitscode für die Anmeldung erforderlich. Nach der Aktualisierung Ihrer Sicherheitsinformationen am 21.10.2018 können Sie auf diese Website zugreifen." Dies habe ich allerdings nicht angefordert! Kann den Code auch nicht
entgegen nehmen, da ich die Handynummer nicht mehr besitze... Was mach ich nun?

Hey !

Ich kann mich mit meinem Profil auf meiner Xbox nicht mehr anmelden

Da steht Fehlerhafter Inhalt. Ich hab schon Gamertag retten versucht aber das klappt auch nicht

weil dann ne Fehlermeldung kommt, dass das Speichergerät nicht richtig sitz oder das da nicht genug Speicherplatz ist, aber da ist alles oke...

Gestern ging ja alles noch und als ich heut an gemacht hab hat es nicht automatisch mein Profil geladen und ich kann es auch nich anmelden

Könnt ihr mir irgendwie helfen ??

Does it say anything more?

Does the number or security proof that it's saying it's gonna change your information to look like your mobile number?

If the new number looks like your old number, you would need to wait until that date for you to update anything else on your account (like billing info), but you should be able to get into your account on the site and if you have an Xbox, on the console
as well. Here's a helpful article about what you might be experiencing Update Your Microsoft Account Security Info for Xbox Live

If you are trying to access it on the console, I would recommend removing the account, and then redownloading it from Xbox Live following the steps here

Give that information a look through and let us know how it helps in the resolution of the issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Very sorry to hear that you're having difficulty getting your console to allow you to log into your profile and that your troubleshooting so far has not yielded the desired results. Are you
receiving any error codes or messages when this happens?

You may wish to try a
soft factory reset to your console (keeping the games & apps installed) to try to fix this issue as it will remove any potentially damaging files on the console OS that may be causing this.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Please be sure that you know your profile log in credentials prior to performing this step as it will remove all profiles from the console.

Should you happen to be using an Xbox 360, then I would recommend that you attempt to troubleshoot using our support article Troubleshoot problems with
an update to your Xbox 360 console and apply Solution 7.

Give this a try and please let us know the results.
