Γεια σας σημερα εκανα μια αγορα απο το microsoft store το Αμερικανικο οχι της Ελλαδας ενα παιχνιδι.Αλλα μετα ανακαλυψα οτι ειναι για Xbox και δεν μαλλον δεν παιζει στο PC.Εκανα την αγορα με πιστωτικη καρτα,και δεν μπορω να ακυρωσω την παραγγελια.Ωστε να
επιστραφουν τα χρηματα στην πιστωτικη καρτα...

Μπορειτε παρακαλω να με κατατοπισετε τι μπορω να κανω?

In regards to requesting a refund you will need to do so online. Click here to learn

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

tip to anyone try and go on a game. As I have tired to do so. It might force sign you in???? which work for me as I tired it that way!!!

Bubba to further what Lengendary Lynx said, that code indicates you have a network problem. Can you please go to Settings>Network on the console and run the tests? Also reboot your modem and router.

Hi Bubba, I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'online only' as if you've had your xbox one for a while the first update you do when you setup the console is the only time you should need to be 'online' to play a game if your account is linked to that xbox.

That being said though if you still can't connect to xbox live have you tried testing your connection? What happens? How long has this been happening? Any other error codes showing up?
