Kalimba is not on my xbox anymore and they want another 10 euro ???

Since the xbox issues this week I have lost Kalimba and it does not recgonise i have payed . Pal said to email for help as xbox can see that i payed for it . . Who do i contact ? Thanks for any help ?

xbox gift gard & xbox gold

Hello I'm Johan and have a question my gold was expired and now i want to renew and i see it cost 11,99 euro for 3 months on the xbox one'

so I bought a live card of 10 euro because I had 4 euro's on my account and want to pay it. Now I have the option to pay whit my account salo but when i click on next they sa how will you pay the rest.

So how is it possible to gif me an option to pay whit a gift card if it don't work I have now 14 euro for nothing.

Xbox is you ****, changing my name into a stupid name, and I must pay 10 euro, because the name is so shackle. Hate Xbox thats not okay!

If you haven't already, please check account.xbox.com and check the My Games section. If the game is in your game history, please power cycle your console. Wait the allotted time (roughly one minute/60 seconds) and power on again. It should be in your Ready
to Install section.

Hi thanks for your answer, that actually how I do it when I don't want to use all my Microsoft Reward Points, I buy 10-30 dollars /euros of gift card, but I need to go to a store for that, and there not a lot of store where I live, where I can found gift card at 10-30 €/$ :/ so that why I asked if there is not a another solution at that problem
