Witam.

Od kilku dni mam problem z ładowaniem gamepada. Początkowo przestał palić się wskaźnik informujący o stanie ładowania baterii. Po przetarciu styków bateria ładuje się, ale bardzo krótko (jakieś 5 minut, a jeszcze kilka dni wcześniej 3,5 godziny). Czy ktoś
miał podobny problem? Proszę o pomoc i pozdrawiam.

For several days I have a problem with loading the gamepad. Initially, the indicator of battery charging status has stopped burning. After you wipe the contacts, the battery charges, but very briefly (about 5 minutes, and still a few days earlier 3.5 hours).

FYI I don't have an Xbox One console. I'm using the gamepad with a PC. Can I register just the battery on

Device Service and Repair page? Because when I try to do it, I get this error

I already tried the solutions mentioned on that page - the only thing it helped, is that now the led indicator actually works. But as I mentioned above the battery charges for about 5 minutes and then it changes it color to white. Fortunately I can play
games in wired mode, but still there is problem with charging the kit.

The Xbox One play and Charge kit is originally designed for the Xbox One console so there may be issues with using that charging cable on a Windows 10 PC. However, if the battery is not charging then try using a different cable. The Xbox One Play &
Charge Kit uses a standard USB to micro-USB cable. You can use any USB to micro-USB cable to test whether the cable is the problem. If the cable isn't the problem, and new disposable batteries can stay powered for longer than 5 minutes, than the rechargeable
battery needs to be replaced.

You cannot register an Xbox accessory on the service page without registering an Xbox One console. Xbox accessories have a 90 day warranty in the U.S., you can see what the warranty is for your region here: https://support.microsoft.com/help/...ce-plans-and-terms-conditions-for-your-device

If you cannot return it to the retailer from where you purchased the kit, then you will need to contact Microsoft Support or Xbox customer support for help:

Select "Request a call from Support" if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region
