    Hi,

    I can't get the Xbox device control to work with the TV and receiver mentioned in the title. Also, it a seems that many app channels are not updating. Any help?

    You can get a similar result with Pioneer receivers if you have a TV that supports ARC (Audio Return Channel.) Connect the XBox to your TV. If you set the source on the Pioneer to the TV, then the audio is "moved" from the TV to the Pioneer receiver, although
    it takes a few seconds to resync. I've done this using a Samsung 6900 Series LED TV with a Pioneer VSX 1121-K.

    How to remove devices from Xbox One?

    I originally connected my devices (A/V receiver, ATT Uverse Cable Box, Pioneer TV) to my Xbox One. After giving it a try with everything connected that way, I decided to not use my A/V receiver.

    Since I had input the AV receiver as a device, I can't remove it but I can add another one. The reason is I want to use the Kinect to change the volume of the TV since its not connected to a AV receiver any longer.

    How do I remove the AV receiver from the "Devices" panel in the "TV & OneGuide settings?"

    I have a 9.1 channel receiver in order to get Dolby Atmos I have to use the TV's enhanced ARC (eARC) output. Optical and legacy ARC only support 5.1 channels.



    If run the console’s video through my receiver (Pioneer LX505) the built in HDMI switch induces too much input lag for gaming. That’s a flaw in my receiver.

    I have this problem too. I have Pioneer VSX 1021K and it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. My device has been back and forth to Pioneer and they send it back saying its fine. Obviously after reading other people are having problems with their Pioneer
    receivers and Xbox one I'm now just going to plug everything into the receiver. This will stop hopefully an argument between the two devices. Its really annoying as I'm now going to watch TV the old way instead of through the app. My devices changed the input
    to TV/SAT as well. Not sure if Microsoft can fix this or weather as per usual you buy a device and realise its out of date!!
