    downloading a game off the market place

    As long as you don't do a COMPLETE shutdown on your Xbox One, it should still download (as long as the internet connection is intact).

    Does anyone know how much this should be? I'm in the UK and it says that it's £44.99 so if that's 80% off the game would have been about £360. That can't be right.

    Game kept freezing every time it started then i changed profile and it stopped but once i signed back into my main profile it lost all my saved game data

    Sorry to hear about losing your data. I know it is rough. But lets try to get your game playable again! I know you said you downloaded it, but did you download it off the market place or is it a disc that you saved to your hard drive?

    Once I know that, I can help you more. But for now, I would recommend clearing your system cache. This link will explain how to do that.

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    If it is a market place game that you downloaded, delete it and download it again.

    If none of this helps, let us know.

    Problem after migrating region

    i can play all market place downloads on my xbox after migration i just dont see them in my games. I can play by pressing xboix button and choosing recent. Whne u say delete market place data? I have had my account for 9 years deleting all market place data
