Just thought of a new product

IV just came up with a new idea for MS. They should start making TVs and call it Windows TV. Should feature things like what the smart TVs have today.

Back in my day new games sometimes sold for $30!! I'm positive it would never happen but a man can dream, no?

Maybe they could follow up with a Next Gen Console that can store your game collection instead of a gimped 500GB drive who has to have 150GB put aside for the OS?

 

MS should not make a smart TV.

Isnt the X1 supposed to make your TV a smart TV?

If microsoft have not banded round the idea of a windows tv i'll eat my xbox one.

Ur idea is hardly ground breaking or original.

[/quote]They already have. It's called Windows Media Center. it's not been getting the updates it deserves since XP, and it's arguably been overtaken by products such as Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast, and of course consoles.

 

Clearly OP will work for the MS Department of 'stuff other companies do better than us already', and then get promoted and be instrumental in the next Microsoft console PR team.
