Just tell me what I need to buy to use The Taken King content on Xbox One

I am in Australia and already have the base game. I know I need all of the previous expansions as well (Which I'm willing to buy if I can actually figure out what else I need), but when it comes to the Taken King, everything either says "Not Available"
or "Bundle Only". The only versions that are available to buy are the Digital Collectors Edition for $119.70 and the legendary edition for $99.95. Both of these contain the base game, which I already own, so if there's no option other than to pay extra to
buy the game that I already own just to play the new content rather than just buy the addons, then they are going to miss out on a sale.

And I'm not the only one that feels this way.

What do i need to buy for it come off trial...

ive not played since 360 and ive just downloaded the trial on xbox one but its trial and i cant do anything much, if i buy taken king will that take me out of trial and allow to play some content? not sure what i need to buy to have some fun so any info
would be great pls guys and gals

Do I need to re-buy DLC or arcade games which are on both the XBox One and the XBox 360?

For instance, if I bought Destiny: The Taken King on Xbox 360, do I also need to buy the Taken King DLC for Xbox One if I eventually purchase one and have Destiny?

Also: I have Peggle 2 on the Xbox 360, do I need to buy THAT again for One?

i was looking also and could only find the legendary and collectors until i looked in the add ons
