Just subscribed to the Game Pass, and I can't download any games

The error codes I've seen so far are:

- 0x80073d0d

- 0x80242020

I couldn't find any help with those two error codes, it's as if I'm the only person who's ever had them.

The games I tried downloading are Forza Horizon 5, Carrion, Enter the Gungeon, My Friend Pedro.

I'm using Windows 11 Home, version 10.0.22000 build 22000

I fixed it, I was downloading games to my D drive, downloading them to my C drive (where Windows is installed) works.

Thanks, but when I try to get the app from the Microsoft Store it opens the Xbox app, and I already tried signing out and signing back in.

Hello SamiMo1, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11.

Updates often seen as optional, Microsoft released major fixes this week, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed.

If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update and then make all subsequent security updates.

Also make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store.

Hi SamiMo1!! You should try this out with the Microsoft Store instead of the XBOX App as it can sometimes glitch out. If it does not work then you should try signing out and then signing in again into your Microsoft Account.

No you don't need to be a game pass subscriber.

You just need to download the update of the Game.
