Just started getting Black Screen!

So, this black screen issue started last week. I've had my Xbox One for almost a year now and really no problems until now. I haven't recently updated the console or downloaded anything new. Just popped in a DVD and the blu ray app comes up, as usual, and
then the screen goes black. I can still hear the movie playing, just no video. Tried going home. Still black, but can hear the xbox navigating the menus. Do a cold restart. It comes back on like normal. Try to play a different DVD, same story. Cold restart.

Comes back on normally, so I try to just play a video game. Games work fine, thank god. Open up the TV app. That seems to work fine. Try to pop in another DVD: blu ray app opens and then screen goes black. Going home doesn't help. Cold Restart.

Comes back on normally, I go to setting and confirm 24Hz is disabled, yep the box is unchecked. So I decide to try Netflix. Click on the netflix app, shows the splash screen, looks like it's loading, then BAM! Black Screen. Only fix, you guessed it: Cold
restart.

Now im getting upset. Try my HBO Go app. App loads fine. Click on a video to play and guess what. Black Screen. Cold Restart.

Open up Amazon Instant Video. Screen goes black.

Disconnect my AVR, now my beautiful surround sound is just a couple of lame stereo speakers from my tv, but hey what do you know, DVD's will actually play, but everything else is no joy, screen goes black.

Plug my AVR back in. Continues to act as described above. One time out of ten an app will open up properly and play as it should. That's after about 40 minutes of attempting to open it and then restarting the Xbox a bunch of times.

Now, sometimes when I power up, the screen is black. There are also sometimes large glitches that appear on screen. I've read all over the forums, but can't find any real solutions. Everything seems to be from February 2014 when it seems like this issue
first arose with a console update, but nothing since then.

Last thing I did was put it into energy saving mode, but that hasn't helped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Falkirk retail park and it was just a few days ago I saw it

 

I've just started having this issue too. However it happens at any screen, and a lot of times I get the error that the TV can't detect the signal.

This has happened on two TVs now.
