You can also report this person for system tampering if he is using that sort of software on xbox live, use your console to report him and i would definitly conact your internet provider about this good luck.

ngocphi is completely right.If you don't reply to someone & just report them instead then they will be suspended if need be & you wont.

Some people are more sensitive than others & don't like swearing,others will try to goad you into replying just so they can report you.

If you must reply to these people then just don't swear or be offensive in anyway.

Xbox live is for everyone,not just adults so your behaviour must reflect that.

I've been on xbox live for over 13 years & it's much better & stronger than it's ever been.

Like I said,there are rules in place which everyone needs to follow.just like pretty much everything else in the real world.If you are incapable of doing this then it is you who needs to grow up.

You keep mentioning the PlayStation for some reason so I don't quite understand why you don't just sell your xbox & buy a PS4 if it's so much better.Just remember the rules are exactly the same there.

 

The rules are the same on PSN,well the ToU I agreed to when starting my PSN account were.
