    Hi, I deleted my save data for Just Sing, as requested by support, this threw up an authentication error when I restarted the game. I then restarted the game and recorded the same error where the progress bar is showing retrieving data from server at 88%

    Network lag on Halo 5.

    Not entirely sure if this is an issue with xbox live, the game itself, or my connection but stats and requisition access and account req storage just keeps saying "Retrieving data". Unable to requisistion from multiplayer game terminals or from main lobby...

    Hi!

    Since data is saved on Cloud (unless you start playing from the beginning) you can sync the saves.

    Did you inadvertently delete the sync?

    Among the FAQs is written:

    Note: Never cancel your syncing data as this will delete it from the server and there is no way to retrieve it. We will NOT be able to return any type of Skill Points, Level, Experience or Tokens.
