Just sing issues

I have been told to raise a request for this, unfortunately I raised one a week ago, but accidently put it under Just Cause.

So the issue I have is that the game doesn't load, it is a digital version of the game and on trying to start the game it says retrieving data from server, and a progress bar. However the progress bar only gets to 88% and never advances.

I have raised this with both Xbox and Ubisoft support, and Xbox support told me to raise this here.

j’ai fait l’achat de l´extention pour just sing a 32$. Mais pour une raison que Ubisoft ne peux m’expliquer et/ou résoudre le jeu ne fonctionne pas sur ma console. Donc impossible pour moi d’intégrer mon achat.

Mise part une solution de votre part, j’exige un remboursement du montant total investi pour l’ajout de tickets pour le jeu just sing.

De ce que je comprend , vous ( Microsoft) n’etes Pas responsable de cette problématique.

Merci de bien faire le suivi Ainsi que votre compréhension.

Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.
