I just replaced my broken One with a new console & I don't remember what/how I did it 2 years ago. I remember my gamertag...but, nothing else. I want to access my remaining time left on my live account to not lose out. Please HELP!

games not working online

Im trying to play on xbox live online with my xbox one and i just changed my gamertag and trying to play online with a 360 game but when I go to log in my old gamertag comes up and it says that it can't connect to the online account and that I need to sign
in but I'm already signed in I just changed my gamer account. How can I fix this?

Forgot email address and now cant recover gamertag on new xbox

i forgot my email address bought a new xbox when old one broke now cant recover gamertag how would i go about finding it out im sure i know the password to to it thanks in advance

You will need to contact Xbox Support and try your best to prove that you are the owner etv

Actually, if you will contact chat support. The only way for you to be able to prove that you're the owner of the account is if you will be able to at least get a verification code on one of your emails or phone number. That means those have been attached
to the account. Aside from that, they won't be able to fully access the account to give you the exact email. Neither would phone support as they both have the same tools. So basically, your best bet would be to try to access as much email as possible to see
if you will receive a verification code.

i forgot to say that if i search for the gamertag the gamertag still shows is XIXmet4lhe4dXIX but when i log on it shows me a diferent one

It is not possible to have 2 gamertags associated to the same account. It is also not possible to transfer gamertags from one account to another. So the only possible explanation is that you have 2 different accounts with different email addresses used
to log in. To try to find the email address used to log in to the other account please use the Forgot email address for
Microsoft account solution.

That's not the problem, I can log in just fine, edit my profile and all that, it's just when I go to post something it breaks. Well the whole forums thing is broken being all white and ugly when logged in, instead of the nice theme they have when you aren't.
Eventually I can see my posts if I search on myself, but the link for the gamertag is broken.
