    Just redeemed my gow collection codes, but still awaiting bonus codes, maybe from internal ...


    i have just gone through with a representative to redeem the codes for the gow collection inside of the gears of war 4 case but have yet to receive codes for the brothers to the end gear pack, or the vintage del character pack. these are the two bonuses
    i need help with. am i supposed to receive these through the internal messaging system?

    game was preordered 24th September through amazon uk retailer

    help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

    I finally received the gow collection but the code for gow2 has already been redeemed.

    No legacy Gears of war codes Since I redeemed GOW4 UE code

    Same here. Still no codes. It states clearly on my card i am eligible for the gow 1,2&3.

    If you pre-ordered via Amazon UK, you'll need to reach back out to them for assistance with your pre-order incentives. We are only able to recover codes that have been sent to you via Xbox Live message. If you pre-ordered via the Xbox Live store, you would
    receive codes via Xbox Live message however in your case, that does not apply.

    Apologies for any frustration this may cause.

    I've have been waiting as well, I bought mine from the MS online store. I bought the 1 TB version but still have not received the codes for the legacy collection.

    I also redeemed the code for the Gears of War 4 game.
    Same here. Still no codes. It states clearly on my card i am eligible for the gow 1,2&3.
