Just recovered my account and gamerscore was set to 0!

I was not able to sign in to my account since May of 2015. I tried recovering it on my own but for some reason the email address wasn't working. I called xbl a few times with no luck (over a year full of calls). Until a supervisor had the heart to step in
and help me remember email and recover my account. I downloaded my profile and left it alone until yesterday evening. I noticed my gamer score was 0!

what? My ex husband said the same happened to him after a modder claiming to be part of xbl enforcement team threaten to wipe his account clean of everything. This same modder threaten me as well around mid April of 2015. but I never thought much of it and
thought maybe he was just a sore loser. Here I am wondering if he really did work with xbl enforcement he still plays and uses mods and sells these mods to this very day. Anyways, I contact xbl about the issue this time (gamer score being reset) I WASN'T
helped, instead I was LAUGHED AT by a supervisor. He kept saying it wasn't my account and that I was not providing enough proof. He said this after I already gave him the email associated with the account, phone number, Microsoft code he sent to my email,
purchases along with order number, the last four digits to every credit/debit card used for the purchases. He still laughed at me and said that's not enough proof :/

Of course I was very upset by then. Supervisor couldn't even give me a reason as to why it wasn't enough proof. He couldn't even tell me the real reason why my gamer score was reset to 0. So, I decided to check my spam folder for any messages from microsoft
I might have missed. Sure enough xbl enforcement! So i sign in to check it out. And WOW i was reported for system tampering. I NEVER tampered! The report claimed there was too many reports. And as I read the details on the report it became clear the modder
I bumped heads with 2 years ago really was an xbl enforcement team member! I clearly remember his threats as well " I will get all of my friends and their friends , friends to report you. anybody does what i say i give mods im the king of this game." How can
I fix this!? All my hard earned achievements GONE! Just gone all my hard work because this one person felt like being a sore loser. What is there left to do? I want my gamer score back!!! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP! WHY OH WHY XBL ENFORCEMENT TEAM MEMBERS OR SORE
LOSERS HAVE TO ABUSE THE SYSTEM AND GET INNOCENT PEOPLE LIKE ME SCREWED!????

Modded gamerscore back after being reset by recovering account!?

my xbox gamerscore has come back in less than 24 hours and my cheater gamer zone only shows to me. i got reset earlier today, then when i recovered my account i had 41,810 gamerscore again but all my games still showed 0/1000 gamerscore and only i could
see my zone as being cheater. before i recovered my gamertag, it was the other way round, my gamerscore showed 0 but all my games still had 1000/1000. please can you fix this?

no it doesn't work and i cant see my xbox character its just blank and white and and i have 0 gamerscore but when my friend recovered it it was fine

 

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

A member of the enforcement team would never tell you that they are a member of the enforcement team so the person who told you this was lying to you.

Only a member of the enforcement team can reset your Gamerscore despite what someone on live may tell you.

Well according to the details on the report. I was reported by other players. ... for "modification". What mods? I don't know how to use them! So, he may have not been an xbl enforcement team member. But he sure did kept his promise with the abuse of reports.
Besides the fact...doesn't the enforcement team member needs proof of any mods used? I'm 100% sure he/she didn't have proof because I NEVER used any.
