    Just received my XBox One S and it won't play a Movie


    I put a movie into the player Xbox goes to grab a free Blu-Ray Player app, I select GET button, get a message saying Try that again, Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.

    I think Someone has hacked the app and it appears to be an inside job.

    Anyone else have this issue.

    Xbox one s apps won't work

    I'm using my xbox 360 to play movie and use my apps cause my xbox one s won't let me some error code if you can solve my one s problem please send me a message .

    UHD Blu ray

    recently purchased my first UHD blu ray movie for my Xbox one s. Gone to play and it doesn't recognise the disc, normal blu ray is fine just the UHD. After reading a few forums it appears there were some early problems. Can anyone help? The movie is magnificent
    seven. This was one of the big reasons for me buying the Xbox one s.

    I just had exact same issues of the same Blu-ray movie Saint Maud. I can't play the movie on my Xbox one s.

    Go for the one you can afford. They both play the same games. It's just Xbox One S plays games in HDR, were as the Xbox One X plays games that support 4K in 4K. They both play movies in 4K if the movies support it.

    Blu ray player not working

    Same here. Tried playing a movie for my kid and it just won't load. A game disc works but not a blu ray. Even unplugged the xbox one, did not help.

    Same problem, Vudu won't play any movies either, never had a problem on the One S. Google shows this problem going back years.
