You gotta realize when you pay 900 bucks it's a scalper unless it's all access but you don't say that upfront but over time

And we have both a dual crisis chip shortage and a pandemic some people are still ignoring and making worse

One third party sellers arent restricted by law as there are none against free market or free will

Wal-Mart is restricted but that's where you made an mistake

When you buy on walmart.com if sold only online and ships to store it's a THIRD party not Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart itself would face fines from ms for going against msrp if that was the.case

It would be nearly impossible for you to get a series x at normal price if you had no problem buying it most likely it's a third party even labeled as sold by Wal-Mart they just handle the transaction online but not sold by them

No-one can do.anything about it

It's the risk you take for assured supply scalpers will always happen even 1-2 years after release but with the pandemic you don't get much choice

Whenever you see a higher then normal price item it's not the store

MS.may only take care of the warranty thats it

Also should.be noted.It's easier to get all access at lesst you get gamepass ultimate over time

Purchasing Xbox Game pass Ultimate, cancels your gold membership and game pass membership, and replaces it with ultimate which includes both gold and game pass.

You need both the game pass and xbox live to play ARK on xbox, if you haven't purchased the game. If you purchase the game you just need the xbox live membership.

If you purchase a game it is yours to play regardless of whether or not you have a pass with some exceptions:

1. If you would like to play online multiplayer games you'll need to purchase an Xbox Live Gold membership

2. An EA Access pass (monthly charge) will allow you to play any game that is in the EA Access Vault without needing to purchase the game

3. Xbox Game Pass (starting June 1) will allow you to play any game in the XGP list without needing to purchase the game

4. A gold membership on your account allows you to download 4 free games per month. 2 for the 360 and 2 for the One. The available games are announced prior to the beginning of the month. The 360 games are yours to keep regardless of your membership
status but the Xbox One games require you to have a Gold membership to play them.
