    Just purchased one TB console from Amazon, have a few questions.


    So far i've had a blast playing MP on the MC collection... very smooth gameplay practically no lag... unfortunately it seems that my controller's right thumbstick is faulty. Felt something snap in there and now the speed of looking to the right is quite
    slow. It's quite dissappointing, considering I had similar issues with the 360 controller. Anyway looking past the buzz killer, I'd like to get this fixed as soon as possible. Any way I can register my console to the microsoft complete protection plan? or
    is that only for consoles sold at the microsoft store?

    Question about a xbox one external hard drive

    Never mind. I just bought a 5 tb hard drive on amazon. Didn't know it didn't have to be xbox one specific.

    If you live near a Microsoft store you may be able to take your amazon receipt within 45 days to get a plan but it seems you can only get it from a Microsoft Store.

    Microsoft Complete for Xbox One

    Microsoft Complete is an extended service plan that provides a total of three years of coverage for your Xbox console and Kinect sensor. Additionally, Microsoft Complete provides warranty coverage for two controllers.

    Note Microsoft Complete is only available at the time of console purchase from the Microsoft Store. However, if you live in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada, you can add Microsoft Complete for Xbox One up to 45 days after you purchase your

    Thanks for the info. I don't live anywhere near a MS unfortunately so it's gonna be quite a drive. Was hoping there was a method to do this online. Trying to avoid the hassle of taking the receipt and the console to the store. I've enjoyed the MC collection
    very much... hopefully I can get this small little set back sorted out.

    6 TB? Why would anyone need that much space? Unless you're planning on going all digital with tons of games. My girlfriend bought a 2 TB one from Amazon for 90 bucks. Now I don't know about paying 300 for a 6 TB HD lol. I wouldn't need that much space to
    begin with.

    If you purchased the console directly from Amazon and not one of there sellers there customer service is very good and they should be able to help you. If you purchased from one of there sellers then I would contact them to seen what they can do to help
    and if you have any problems doing this then Amazon themselves should be able to assist.
