Just purchased Black Ops Cold War, It's downloaded, yet keeps going back to purchase screen...

First, make sure that you're signed in on the correct account where the game was purchased digitally, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Once confirmed, kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Go to "My games and apps" > Full Library > Locate the game and highlight > Press the menu button and go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

Make sure that the following are installed:

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 1

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 2

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 3

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 4

If they're not, manually search them on the store and install them.

What version of the game do you own and how are you trying to upgrade it?

My understanding is that you need to purchase the upgrade directly via the store on the Series X.

I don't play Cold War so I am going by what I have read online just now:

Have you tried going into Cold War, setting it into Offline Play, then quitting the game and loading back in with the guest profile? It sounds like you are loading the guest profile but the game is sensing it's in online mode, thus kicking the guest account out as it would need a LG enabled account
