Just purchased a game but unable to download it on Xbox one.

I bought a game ( Olli Olli2 ) for X box one, through my microsoft account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, but after the purchase was completed it said I have no devices linked with this account. when I tried to put my account in my Xbox one it does not allow to put in hotmail.co.uk
accounts it only has outlook.com or hotmail.com options.

The process is so long and cumbersome as well.

This is not my fault, please refund my money or I shall ask the credit card company to get it back since i did not receive the product.

Can't download 360 gold game at xbox.com/gameswithgold

I purchased one month gold.

At xbox.com/gameswithgold i'm able to download the 360 game Dungeon Siege III in my browser. After that the game appears on my xbox one games list and i can download it.

But i'm unable to download dirt 3 in my browser (no download button). It's on the list of compatible games.

and check to see if you see the purchase on your account.

If it is not showing then it could be you purchased on the wrong account.

About your hotmail.co.uk account, please try the same login but on hotmail.com as it should be the same thing.

No, that's not what I meant. My wording is vague however.

I meant that downloading in general is possible on my 360, but not on my One. The game I tried downloading on my One was the new Battlefront, on the 360 it was whatever the free game is currently, the name escapes me. I was unable to download the new Battlefront,
but my 360 had no problems downloading its game. Nonetheless, it's not a matter of backwards compatibility. I literally am unable to purchase anything at all, not a single thing, on the Xbox One marketplace, 360 game or otherwise.

My Xbox one account is currently linked with a credit card, but I'm still unable to purchase a backwards compatible game from the store on Xbox one. (Or any of them at all currently) The game in question is Soul Calibur 2 HD, and when attempting to purchase
