Just purchased 3 month Gold, added to my account but it is still asking me to purchase Gold

I have just purchased 3 month Gold live, it is showing as applied to my account but as soon as I try to join a game or chat it takes me to the Microsoft store to purchase Gold again. It let me download the "free" with Gold games...………….Any help appreciated!!

Knowing When my membership is up!!

i just recently bought 3 months gold for $15 but since xbox ban my account by mistake i got my msp but how would i know if i got the 3 months added to my existing membership? it shows me that it will renew after my purchase of 3 months!

money missing from credit card

this morning i checked my card balence it said 0.99 is left... recently i made a purchase using the card on my xbl account the purchase was 4.99 in microsoft points. now there was 10.00$ dollars to start with and i made the 4.99$ purchase so were is my other
5.00$ dollars? no one has access to my accounts and i didn't make any other purchases but i go looking on my other account and notice i purchased a 1 month gold ok but its only 1 month gold but it says expires on the 4/1/2013 but the 1 month gold i purchased
was on 2/1/2013 it added another month of gold when i have auto renewal off or disabled?

Try performing a power cycle on your console (turn off and unplug from power source). If you are still prompted to purchase Gold, try Removing
your Account. Feel free to visit our Support page if you feel the need to set up a call or live chat with a representative. Let us know how it goes!

hi, it could well be that the transaction is pending. You could try reseting your xbox, if its still the same check with your bank if the payment has gone through or/and you can phone xbox live free

i do appolagise Kimberlywalker you have used a prepayment card, all off the above still stands but obviously not contactingbthe banks, also all the advice our moderator gave there. Sorry once again.

I just purchased a 3 month subscription to xbox gold live from my computer on the wrong account. Is there any way to transfer this purchase to my other account?

I agree with Wadski in that if you currently just have a Xbox Gold subscription, you are better off adding additional months to you Gold Subscription or Game Pass first before you convert to Ultimate. If it is your first time converting to Ultimate, the
total months of Xbox Gold plus the total months of Game Pass will be added as your new Ultimate subscription. 12 months of Gold + 3 months of Game Pass will convert to 15 months of Ultimate. If you purchase 3 months of additional Gold membership then you will
get 18 months of Ultimate. Therefore only purchase Ultimate after you convert your subscription.
