Just not fair, people are petty and will try to have all your hard work permanently banned.

its just not fair. You guys know how xbox live is, everyone talks trash and talks down on each other. If you respond back to defend yourself and you hit someones nerve, they will report you and possibly have other people report you. I don't want to tell
anyone how to do there job but you have to see it from both sides. I can almost assure you, whoever reported me more then likely called me the "N" word because i'm black and i never retaliated by being racist also because i have all kind of different colored
friends. i been banned for 2 months okay thats a really long time just for defending yourself, i don't know how you guys see it but i'm sure you wouldn't let no one talk down on you neither, i am a human being let alone a man and no man is going to put up
with anyone disrespecting them. okay i got banned i took it on the chin i stayed silent and patient. finally its the 9th of September. Yes, i can now play on my main account but i am still muted for another 2 months? dude that is insane. thats really unfair
after just trying to defend yourself and i bet nothing was done to them. they didn't get banned for 2 months and muted for 3 months? its just unfair man i ask you guys to please understand where i come from. i promise you i will control my mouth for now on,
but guys please unmute me i play games such as halo, warframe ,call of duty all games you need communication if you guys keep this mute on me ill basically wont be able to play for another 2 months that would be 4 months out of this years my money was wasted.
people try to ruin peoples lives xbox is my life. the only thing that keeps me from getting in trouble in the real world. i've learned my lesson 2 months was more then enough. please don't let this continue man I'm honestly begging you guys. because if its
not lifted i swear to god i'm not making threats because Microsoft and xbox makes more then enough money to be worried about 1 person but i'ma have to honestly cancel my sub and sell my xbox and just go to PlayStation. i've been with xbox since the very first
xbox. I've been a fan. Just please show mercy man i am a level 130 on grand theft auto legit! blood sweat and tears is on my xbox. Please just forgive me and let me move on from this i promise i've learned my lesson. Please....

My Account Got Hacked When I Got It Back It Got Banned

Microsoft should not be permanently banning people's accounts for some of the petty little reasons I have read about. It's a horrible way to treat your customers. Alot of innocent people are being banned whilst these fools are hiding away from us so they
don't have to answer to anyone karma will catch up with you

 

Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

 

Sorry but the enforcement team does not monitor these forums. If your conversations was reported by a player who also violated the code of conduct they probably also got ban too. It's not unusually to have multiple enforcement actions applied to an account
because it does take time investigate all reports and a single report may have multiple violations that gets investigated. Unfortunately defending yourself usually ends up doing something that will violate the code of conduct. You can file a case review
on the enforcement site but most actions are usually upheld. As for going to PlayStation, realize they are private service with the same basic rules as Xbox and from what I've heard by other players they do enforce their rules too. Which ever service you
plan to play on remember one basic rule: these servers are considered rate E for everyone and keep all communications and play at that level, it just a game for fun.
