Just my account can't get the achievement

It is doing this to all of the achievements. I can play the game fine just can't get achievements because it says I'm missing episodes. I bought the game on my old xbox on account A. After license transferring and re-downloading I can't earn achievements
on account B on a different xbox.

I tried deleting and re-adding my account. Nothing.... I get new achievements, I just can't get these to work.

[/quote]When you gain an achievement is a previously reset game, the achievement will show up on the screen, you'll get the "Bloop, Achievement Unlocked" icon, but the achievement will not lock to the account.

Gamerscore resets don't prevent you from getting further achievements at all. You just can't get the same achievements that you had previously unlocked but you can get new achievements just fine. As far as being labeled as a cheater, if this was done while
your account was not under your control then you can try to take it up with XBOX Support but as far as I know you can't get out of the Cheater zone by yourself.
