    usually when the connection gets lost during the game, the coins and tickets reset, but not today. how do I get that back or is it gone for good?

    Game went lost connection 4 times while I was playing???? Help Please!!!

    Hello, I have been playing Bingo tonight and while I was playing...the connection went off 4 times.
    1 - I lost 304 coins,
    2 - I lost 100 tickets,.
    3 - I lost 36 powers.
    I thought you have fix this problem???
    Please give me back all "304 coins" + "100 tickets" + "36 powers"
    I will be waiting for you to reply back to me to see if you fix the problem and also to get all my coins, tickets and powers back that I have lost while playing this game.

    Is somebody can tell me why it's so long to fix your software. Now, since near three weeks, I can't receive free tickets and free coins for the bingo every day. I lost for about 300 coins and 75 tickets. You're ridiculous and not serious.

    Bingo frezzing up all the time!

    I have now lost over 300 coins, 50 tickets and at least 40-50 keys as well as a lot of boosts! Where's the fix??? Where's my refund???

    Connectivity Issues

    Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

    I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

    When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

    Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!

    Connectivity Issues

    Having the same issues with connectivity as other people. I have also lost so many bingos, tickets, keys, powerballs and coins. I just lost 44 tickets and heaps of coins trying to play one match. When the game finally started it was down to 7 bingos left
    then it ended after I got to daub 10 numbers. Along with the problems starting the games I've also gotten to the end then it has frozen without awarding me anything, then it has reset back to the main menu. After half filling my powerball card it has also
    reset before the time had expired. I too play the other Microsoft games without any problems.

    I am so frustrated with this game. I too have lost tickets, bingo's and powers ups. I purchased coins and tickets and same thing, it takes them and I have not seen any refunds. Might delete this game. I wish they would fix it
