Spoke with microsoft support and they asked me to delete my profile after mentioned 50+ times I have not got cloud storage and...     thoroughly annoyed. Spoke with microsoft support and they asked me to delete my profile after mentioned 50+ times I have not got cloud storage and viola! deleted all my saves.

    I have also accessed settings > system ... all i have is the options to delete local data or system. I have no cloud storage settings.

    Can anyone solve the riddle? I have system restored. and turned off and on.

    After an internal and external hard drive storage problem, all my saved game loads from Fallout 4 have vanished from my XBox One. Bit annoying as I had built up a decent level. Is there any way of getting the last saved game from Cloud Storage back onto
    my Xbox One hard drive? I have been to the Settings/Storage section (as the Help menu suggests), but there's nothing there that mentions Cloud Storage, just my internal and external drives.

    Hello Magazine,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have split your post into its own thread in order to help you out directly. Whenever a game is moved from the internal storage to an external storage, a second progress bar shows up. This is not the game installing
    again. This progress bar is showing how far along the game is from moving between storages.

    Just to be sure, you can access your Storage settings. Access your internal and your external storage to look for any duplicates.

    They have said external storage can be anything the internal storage can do. Cloud storage which we can use has unlimited storage, but games will not be able to be played from the cloud, but can be downloaded if you have a digital licence. Leaving cloud
    storage for gave saves, music and video.

    When I check the internal storage it only gives me the option to format.
    I'm sorry to say that, but in that case I'm afraid the internal memory became corrupted, and your game saves are probably lost.

    If you are unable to access the internal storage without formatting it, then you can't copy the contents to a different drive, and your kids might have to start over.

    Even if your kids prefer to play offline, I heartily recommend to create an online profile for the kids and to use the Xbox cloud storage (if they have a Gold membership on the Xbox 360) or to use an external USB storage drive for backup.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

    Unfortunately there is no way to access your Xbox Live cloud storage. You can only manage the local storage on the internal hard drive or external drive if you have one. The Xbox Live Cloud storage is an automatic process as long as you are connected
    to Xbox Live.

    Is there an issue with cloud storage syncing after a factory reset or are you using a new console? What is the issue you are experiencing where you need to access the cloud storage?

    We might be able help if you let us know what is going on.
