  3. NxtDoc, of course I wouldn't use your tag, mate. I wouldn't even have posted your message elsewhere without asking. It's just your pov that interests me, not mocking you or Blue. I fully respect that you both have entirely different opinions to that of
my own, bizarre as I may find them personally. Like blue said, I've probably got thoughts that you two would think were equally bizarre on different subjects.

No malice in my posts whatsoever.

Right on Prof. Respect, and appreciation.

As far as E3, I can not wait to see the lineup of games. Almost forgot about Crackdown

  5. I still called it "Xbone" haha, but the X1 is actually my favorite next gen console.

I just think its funny lol.

  6. I have never called the x1 a xbone honestly, since I have always found that as a stupid name.

I'm so excited for their next E3, let's hope Microsoft promised us tons of variety of 1st party games like Phil Spencer promised us.

Hint: If they announce a MechAssault 3 or a reboot of Brute Force, that would totally make my day.

I have seen that Mech assault name thrown around quite a bit the past few days. And I agree, a new Mech Assault would get quite a few people amped up

  9. Mech Assault was a fun game... but I never really got why it became so popular. There just seemed to be something missing, to me. I liked the Armored Core series better. I wouldn't over look an offering from either of those series though... or... Zone of
    The Enders...

MechAssault became popular because it was the game to launch Xbox Live (Unreal Championship & Ghost Recon 1 also helped get the Xbox Live going until Halo 2 came out).

I hope so to. If it turns out like the 360. Then hopefully it will be a great companion console. As MS have some decent exclusive IP's such as Gears and Crackdown.

Exactly it's vanity - a truly first world problem. Petty, insignificant, next to meaningless and a host of other things in the grand scheme of things.

I mean, I could understand you being irked, put out or whatever, but "offended"? Offended because someone called your gaming console an 'Xbone'? I really don't think you'd be offended because people get offended over being prejudiced, victimised, persecuted,
bullied etc, not because someone slighted their luxury piece of plastic.

I didn't think I'd like SSO, because like you, I like my games to have a realistic vibe about them and when i first tried SSO I didn't like it. I initially opted for the guy and everything about him - his voice, his delivery and so on grated on me. It
was all a bit Bill and Ted for me. 90's humour. It was crap then and is still crap now. I then swapped over to the female character and I loved it. The voice actor did a really good job on delivering her lines and in turn made the game easier on the ears.
After an hour or 2 I was hooked. Whilst some of the humour does come across as "try hard", there were some moments in the game which made laugh out loud.

I mean, it has to be honestly with just the names and line ups we already know. Halo 5: Guardians, Fable Legends, Forza Motorsports 6, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Quantum Break, Gears of War.. I mean. Jeez, and there are a few unannounced
