Have you checked your warranty status via https://account.microsoft.com/devices?

To have it manually adjusted, please prepare the proof of purchase of your console and contact the Xbox Support team here https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Go to your account and check warranty status then either get it repaired under warranty or go through the repair centre.

if your Xbox is still under warranty you should start a repair order.

go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and select your Xbox to see your warranty status and start the repair process.

if it is out of warranty you can still get it repaired but there is a fee for out of warranty repairs.
