    Just had a nightmare of a conversation with Xbox Live's outsourced customer service chat. ...


    Just spent the last 90 minutes trying to communicate my problems to awful customer service reps.

    The first one was slow and had communication issues with his english.

    Then I spoke with his supervisor,

    Both of them continually ignored my questions and my issues while not working with me.

    My issue was xbox charging me for months during which I did not receive service.

    I have the whole chat transcript and the reference number which the supervisor gave me after which he recommended I seek legal recourse.

    After spending 90 minutes trying to get through, I'm rather frustrated that this is what i was offered.

    I'm trying to resolve this with payapl's end.

    Is this the kind of customer service microsoft wants to provide?

    During the call, the rep even wanted me to post screenshots of my sensitive personal information onto imgur. Man...

    Also, spoke to someone from xbox chat who left the conversation before anything was resolved. Terrible customer service.

    Is there another customer service avenue i can pursue without having to go through paypal?

  5. If this is a billing issue then you will have to continue to use phone support for this problem.
