Just got Xbox one. Extremely disappointed in no voice through speakers

Seriously. The interface is clunky and slow.less power than a ps4. But I've always been an Xbox guy. And being from Washington I like to support Microsoft. I can due with a slow OS until they iron it out. Even slightly lower resolution on a few games.
No big deal.

But now you geniuses are taking away features a 8 year old system has? Are you f-ing kidding me? Don't think we're to stupid to see you are trying to hamstring your followers into buying another expensive new headphone system. Not gonna happen. I want
to use my own headphone. I'm not using your crappy Xbox music either. Like always. Microsoft doesn't know how to please customers. Only try to control them. "All in one system". Pshh. If its not fixed I'm going back to PC, and will sell my Xbox for a
ps4. See how that system is. Its so irritating to take away a basic features like that. I've been reading the forums. And nobody is happy about it.

Leave it to Microsoft to screw it all up. Losing out to Apple in the 2000s, now to Sony in the 20-teens... Idiots

Voice Chat Options

On the Xbox 360, you had the option to make voice communications come through your speakers, headset, or both. This was extremely useful for me, because I like to record gameplay of me and my friends, and having their voices come through game chat made everything
a lot easier.

So, it was to my disappointment that I could not find a way to make voice chat come through both the speakers and my headset on the Xbox One.

Is there a way to do this? If so, please explain. I could not find it.

 

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, are you complaining about not be able to hear a MP lobby through your TVs speakers? I can hear people without headphones, perhaps go to settings and look for a way to enable it.

 

I use tv speaker for chat and kinect as a mic there would be a option to turn it on

 

I dont get this.. I hear game chat perfectly fine through my TV speakers....

what ever...

 

If you have kinect that option is there no point for it if you don't have kinect

 

Don't forget Mr Gates invested $150 million into Apple in the 90's before they went teat up....

New headsets, controller, accessories always come with new consoles.... your 360 controller wont work with the X1 so why should random headphones? As for the music issue, not a concern of mine. As for keeping everyone happy, MS has issued many updates to
get the X1 up to snuff.... for a console to be out for a year and half, it has grown substantially.

Go buy your PS4.

 

I don't actually believe there is an option to turn this on through the console and only in-game options like the one on Destiny.
