Just got Xbox game pass, now getting 0x803f900a

I just upgraded from Xbox live gold to Game pass. Got Kingdom Hearts package. Worked just fine for a few days, now I am getting this code. Tried deleting and reinstalling, power reset, and alternate MAC address. About to try soft reset. Any suggestions? This is very frustrating.

Yes I get “Sign in with the profile used to buy this game, and make sure your subscription to Xbox Live gold, Xbox game pass ultimate, or EA play is up to date (0x803f900a)” but the profile I’m in logged on is the same as when installed the game

are these games included in the Game Pass subscription or are them GWG?

It seems that there is an issue with the profile and/or some of the subscriptions.
