just got un banned

i just got unbanned and i can talk but nobody can hear me

Account Suspension

My mate accidentally reported me on Xbox and I got a 7 day com banned and i just want to be un-banned. Is there anyone who can help??

how do you know you can talk if no one hears you?

 

Make sure your mic is unmuted.

 

Pretty sure you could still talk even when you were banned...

 

As some people have pointed out it might be an issue with your Mic.

The best way to be sure you're audio is working would be to try and send an audio message and listen to it before you send it.

If you can here your own voice, it's working.

Also if your ban has just been lifted it may be a few days before your able to talk to people on XBox LIVE.

Seems to just be how things work.

Give it a couple of days and if the problem still persists post in the enforcement Forum (it's only a matter of time before Daft Badger magically appears like a Unicorn sprouting from a rainbow and leaves the official link for you here).

 

Lol.The enforcement forums aren't used anymore but you can log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/home to make sure your suspension has actually been lifted.

Another thing to try is to make sure your controller has the latest update.

If you still have issues then best bet is to make a thread in the support forums http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4268.aspx where someone from official support will see it.

Happy your able to play again, now as for talking, their might still be a communication suspension, you can check that online at the Xbox Enforcement Page.

Also, check your Nat Type, make sure its Open. If its moderate or strict, it will affect your playing or talking with others, in which you would need to open up specific ports for your Xbox on your router.
