    Just got scammed by Microsoft


    I few weeks ago I put in a 3 month Xbox Live Gold code and now my Live is expired for some reason? WHAT DO I DO?

    http://commerce.microsoft.com     to see if it shows any kind of error with your subscription. Otherwise, you will need to try contacting support directly. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    When I try to go online on a game it takes me to the buy XBL Gold screen. This makes no sense.

    Sorry to hear it. If your membership is suspended then that may mean one of two things.

    1. You have a billing suspension on your account. You can check this at commerce.microsoft.com. If this is the case then you will need to contact phone support in your region for more assistance. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269.

    2. You have an enforcement action on your account. You can check your emails for one from the PET (Policy Enforcement Team) or at this link:
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/ . If you do have an enforcement action on your account then you'll need to post in the Suspensions Forums: forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx
