    Just got off the phone with customer support....


    They basically told me the engineering team is working on it and its because of the servers being tied up from people trying to download it. She also said it is probably going to take a few days to fix. Complete bs that they *** up like this. I asked for
    some kind of compensation and she gave me a free month of gold live. Still not a reasonable way for compensation in my opinion but better than nothing. Microsoft *** the pooch on this one, never considered Playstation until now....
