Just got my xbox back from the shop and says ive been supeneded

Console ban

Ive recently purchased an Xbox One S from a pawn shop. When I got ready to play, I noticed a ban on the console. The shop isnt willing to give my money back. If I have proof that I wasnt the one that got banned on the system, would there be any chance for
you all to unban my console?

I own the game and just presently got my Xbox back from shop now the game will start the update but it keeps pauseing

do you mean a third party repair shop if so you do realize that's a console banable offence right?

If xbox repair center after having a repair order done by support not a third pary then you are fine

Also suspension take time so it could've been from before you sent it for repair

 

Yep,if you got your console repaired by anyone other than Microsoft you can expect that to be banned soon as well.

 

Agree with ngocphi. Suspensions are not issued at the time of the report. Perhaps, somebody filed a report and it took time for the investigation, then issued the sanction. Also, repairing the console outside MS Service Center would make the console banned.
Opening the console is not allowed.
