Just got my x box one from the repair factory still can't turn it on.

Sorry to hear about the console troubles! To check, did you just send back your console, or did you also send back your power supply? If you haven't already try plugging your Xbox One into a different wall outlet.

I have a similar problem. I never got the Forza Horizon 4 code for my X-box One-X and can't find a solution for it anywhere. It's like broken or something. My dad said it should be free to install in the X-box store but it isn't. Still $60 (US). If any

yup, I also just remembered i keep my old xbox one in its box in my closet. I'm gonna set it up and see if I am able to play it on that console. atleast that way i could be more certain it was my xbox one x having problems and not my games or cloud saves.

Also is it possible to just request a replacement console? In my case this is my 5th time total sending in this xbox one x for service repair, the first couple of times were factory defect problems then the other had to do with my console basically bricking
after updates, yet they still send me the same console back. I feel it would be best for myself and them to just replace it instead of constantly repairing the same console.

My sons is an x box one s and mine Is just the x box one. We can't sign in to either of our accounts on both consoles!

I talked to the support and wie tryed to factory reset the x box but its not worked the same Problem whit my x box one x so now the series x and my one x not working anymore
